SHOPPING INFORMATION

The shipping is FREE. However, we often have heavily discounted items (99% – 100%) – and you will need to pay the shipping for these items.

The shipping usually takes anywhere from 7 days to 29 days, depending on where the item is located, as we are using multiple fulfillment centers.

After ordering you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  After the order has been processed by our minions, the package will leave our warehouse. All this usually happens within 24-48 hours.

Yes. An invoice should be generated automatically. If you haven’t received your invoice, please contact us.

In case you need to return your product, please do not ship it to our corporate offices (listed in the contact page).  Instead, kindly do a return to sender – this way the item gets back to the correct fulfillment center.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

After you order and click the pay button.

This is a feature that will literally let you stalk your orders.

You can only change/cancel an order if we didn’t ship the product.  Once the product has left our facility, we cannot do this so please double check if all the information entered is correct before you hit the “buy” button.

We cannot control what happens to an item once we’ve shipped it. Unfortunately, sometimes the products go missing or arrive broken.  In this case, we can either replace your product or issue a refund.

You can return an item within 30 days if the item has the original packaging, is not broken (unless it arrived that way) and has all the original accessories.

Unfortunately not. This is because the shipping fees are paid directly to the shipping company. Also, please note that when you return an item you are responsible for paying the shipping fees.
